"My husband and I both traded our horrible pillows for these Foam pillows and we love them. We tried them in the store and immediately bought them. They stay cool all night and they don't flatten out. I am very glad we purchased them."

"I had been looking for a pillow to replace my old king sized Ralph Lauren pillow which was a perfect combination of firm and comfortable softness. I had to have gone through four different pillows before going to the Sleep Number store. I decided to try the Airfit Adjustable with Coolfit pillow because I thought that I could get that same combination that I had with my RL pillow. Wrong. That pillow was awful. Felt like someone had folded clothes and stuffed them in a pillow case and called it a pillow. So, I returned it for this pillow. I was super skeptical about having a contoured pillow because it didn't look very comfortable. So far I have been pleasantly surprised at how comfortable and soft it is and it molds to your head without the heat that usually comes with foam pillows. I also purchased the pillow case that controls heat and it has been a pretty good combo so far. I've read some of the reviews about the lack of durability of the pillow so I was reluctant to give it a 5 star rating. I've only had it for a week. We will see how long it lasts but I'm happy to finally be getting a good nights sleep"

"My wife and I bought an M7 bed. What a bed it is! A little pricey but no more aches when I wake up. My only problem was I kept having aches in my neck. We went to our local sleep number store and purchased the cool fit memory foam pillow. It has solved all my problems! My head stays cooler at night no more neck aches great support for my head and shoulders. Just wonderful. I would do it all over again. Thank you Sleep Number for a great nights sleep."

"A visiting family member let me borrow their Coolfit Foam Contour pillow for 2 nights. Outstanding! I absolutely had to have one exactly like it myself! I immediately ordered one for myself. I've been like a kid waiting on Christmas; tracking my order's progress daily. Well, It arrived today and immediately I was disappointed. There was nothing but a feather light, cheap piece of blue 'foam' that came out of the box. There is nothing to it. This was nothing like the one I borrowed....It's the exact same pillow-by name, price and every other factor as the one I slept on before. However, this thing has no weight to it, no support whatsoever and not even enough substance to keep my head even 1/4 inch of 'padding' when laying on it-it's like not even having a pillow under my head. I've had higher quality foam fall out of toy packaging purchased at Walmart. I am unbelievably frustrated and will definitely be returning this item as soon as Customer Support hours open in the morning."

Goes flat

"Well it was comfortable. After 2 weeks it went flat, and at 150lbs I'm not a big guy so there is no reason for it to go flat in 2weeks, and I plan on returning tomorrow. Me and my family all agree that it doesn't stay any cooler than any other pillow. This was my first experience with the coolfit foam and I have lost faith in it after 2 weeks."

"Owned this pillow for about 7 months now and was pretty happy with it until lately. Paying over $100 was ridiculous but I bought it with my bed and figured , maybe I'm wrong. Well unfortunately I should of stuck with my gut feeling. Like I said the product seemed pretty good for about 6 months. The pillow no longer holds its form, so basically I have and over priced memory foam pillow. I now sink into it and it no lover has that wedge feel to support your neck. I'm a smaller guy too so is not like I'm 200lbs and throwing my entire body on it. For this price it should last a lot longer, good marketing and an extremely poor product, save your money."

Not a "cool" sleeping pillow

"I originally purchased the new pillow that is adjustable.....and that pillow was not comfortable for me. I was forced to exchange rather than get a refund..and so I chose this pillow after paying $16 to return the first pillow. This pillow is no different than my Tempurpedic pillow. It is comfortable for about an hour--and then it warms right up and causes my head to sweat all night. Since the policy is only "one exchange"--I am out a lot of money for a product that is advertised to be "different" with "cooling foam". Don't be fooled--the cooling foam does not stay cool."

Great at first cooling technology but quickly fade

"I purchased the 6" Cool Fit Contour pillow and absolutely loved it. It is very comfortable and it kept the temperature down dramatically for the first month. However over time I noticed it wasnt as good as it once was. After removing my Select Comfort pillow case and pillow protector. I noticed the front of the pillow where my head and neck would rest had turned white (like any other memory foam pillow) and the back of the pillow remained the cool fit blue color. Overall it is still a very comfortable pillow, but save your money and just buy a conventional memory foam pillow."

Cool and comfortable...at last!

"I have some neck pain from having slept wrong on my old bed and pillow one night, and I have been slowly trying to heal up from it.
After I finally put up our new C3 bed, I decided to upgrade the pillows.
I bought my wife the Custom Contour and myself the 6" standard size version of the CoolFit Contour pillow.
My wife describes me as a Polar bear, so I overheat easily, especially my head, so a cool pillow was very attractive to me.
I'm also a pretty good sized guy, being 6'4", so I really needed a thick pillow to compensate for my shoulder width.
I was extremely pleased at how comfortable this was, and even more so to find that I never once had hot head or other discomfort.
Best still, my neck pain is nearly gone after only a week of sleeping on the new bed and pillow.
Yes, it's a bit expensive compared to the $2-$3 discount store special, but this should last for years, and the comfort and quality leave the others in the dust.

Finally found the pillow!

"I purchased my bed in 2002 and thought I'd check out any new technology in the store, and bought this pillow and a pillow protector. I am 58 with achy joints, etc. My head feels too warm in the night and I'm constantly switching and flipping pillows. I've bought a lot of expensive pillows the last 10 years. Last night my pillow remained comfortable all night and was never too warm. This could be a life changing event. A great bed is not enough if you have a "situation" with your pillows! Thanks select comfort!"

"I recently purchased an Innovation Sleep Number bed. At the time I decided to upgrade my pillows. The CoolFit Foam pillows were just being introduced. I tried all three and decided on the Contour 6" King. I have had it for about a week now and love it. I really like the support. It does not flatten out like most pillows I have owned. It does not heat up and stays comfortable. I use to flip my other pillows looking for the cool spots. Didn't have to with this one. This pillow along with my new Innovation Sleep Number bed have made for the best night's sleep."
