"I bought my sleep number bed several years ago. I am still in love with it even though I have been told that my bed would not fit into the new furniture that is available for the newer beds. Not good customer service for us older owners. However, I did want to comment on one of the reviews that I read about only having 4 ties to keep their comforter inserts in place. Are you kidding? I have the i10 bed and on each side of our comforters we have 9 ties that's then a total of 18 ties. No wonder your comforter doesn't stay in place."

"My husband and I got this comforter when we bought our sleep number mattress. I got a medium warmth and my husband got extra warmth. We find both sides to be entirely too warm. We are unfortunately past the 30 day window and cannot exchange for lighter levels. I would recommend factoring in the insert cover which holds the two sides together when deciding on warmth...the cover is quite heavy in itself and adds to the layers when in use. So whatever level you think you'd want, I'd go one level cooler."

"I bought this product and find that there is a gap in between the two inserts. It doesn't lay on the bed well as it hangs down over the sides funny. I think if the inserts were zipped in it would lay better on the bed. With just four ties on each corner it leaves the middle loose."
