"Started using this protector about a month ago. Utterly amazing! It really does cool one down, leading to a more restful sleep. (I don't toss and turn as much. I don't flip my pillow anymore either seeking a cooler side.)
The only downside is that the Outlast material is on one side. So, I have to make sure it is 'up' before I go to sleep. (A quick check of where the zipper is on the end tells me which side is which. Zipper down = Outlast up) I do wish the material were on both sides in that I tend to hug my pillow. Would be great to have that cooling feature all around. Would definitely pay a higher price to have that.
It was a big surprise to me how cooling this protector is through the pillowcase. (Have not tried it with a high thread count case, though.) Night and day difference between using an InBalance pillowcase alone and using this protector.)
